Error message DeLonghi ESAM 5500

,have problems with error messages in an ESAM5500Following

"things" I have already worked through / tried:- Machine
decalcified.
- Pump removed, disassembled, cleaned, blown out with compressed air-
all lines blown out with compressed air
.

- Brewing piston removed, disassembled, cleaned, blown out with compressed air.
- Flowmeter opened, cleaned-
Brewing unit removed, disassembled, cleaned, blown out with compressed air
.

- Both valves removed, disassembled, cleaned, blown out with compressed air.

Now for my problemWhen

selecting rinse process:
water drips from brewing unit only slightly

The rinsing process aborts with the error message "water circuit empty".

When selecting coffee:
Coffee drips from brewing unit only slightly
.
The process is aborted with the error message "Ground too finely. Adjust grinder".

After removing the valve pin/plug for crema valve of the brewing unit, the rinsing process, as well as the coffee preparation works without problems. Of course the coffee is very very....thin.

What is the problem? What is defective? Who knows advice?
