Perfect Cappuccino

Hello everyone
,our Perfecta Cappuccino has a problem from one cup to the other. It comes almost no more water. Also with the hot water. At the beginning comes steam and then it drips so on. Pump sounds normal. When I squeeze the inlet hose it gets much louder. I have removed the Teflon hose on the thermoblock and there is also pressure on it when the pump is running. I have also decalcified it 2 times with Durgol. We have water hardness 0.5, all without success.
What else can I try?
