DeLonghi EN95 Strange Flashes

Good evening everyone
,as per title, I have a De Longhi EN95. When I turn it on, the machine in question, flashes quickly as if it were in a descaling state. This kind of flashing never ends, I am forced to turn it off and on several times before I can use it. It also occasionally burns one of the two resistance thermometers located on the boiler. Do you have any idea what this might be?
