3500 cleaning

3500 = cleaning function can be found in menu (button press is automatically executed) but unfortunately in description there is no information about how to do and how often to do?! does anyone in forum have experience with it?

That would interest me, too. I just read that in the other forum. Has anyone of you ever tried this with the EAM 3500 or even with delonghi?? We have from Jura (at my mother's home) these cleaning tablets, whether the Delonghi works exactly the same as described in the forum?????

If I would go with the machine to the dealer, he would do the same, or what is meant by the menu item????? I just don't dare to try it now either...
