Siemens EQ.6 plus s700 hangs in loop

Hello all,

I own a Siemens EQ.6 plus s700, purchased January 2022
.After the request for service/cleaning came, I had performed this, but possibly canceled during the process (am no longer sure).

Since then, the device has been stuck in a loop:

1st device switch on

2nd message: "Device is being flushed after service abort".
3rd message: "Rinse and fill water tank ->start":
4. After about 10 seconds, the unit turns off and it starts over
.


I tried it with full and half full tank, and without and with water filter.
The machine is completely cleaned manually.
Now I unfortunately do not know what to do, is there possibly a reset?

If under warranty, return to Siemens, otherwise I would clean the flowmeter and/or replace the pump.
