In the beginning our Kingstar was a great machine. Questions about the device were answered by email within 1 week - there is no hotline. After a little more than a year, the milk frother's performance dropped. Several email requests with an average response time of 5 days were always traced back to operating errors. With reference to the purchased warranty package, we should finally send in the machine after 18 months. She came back cleaned, but without troubleshooting. Apparently, there was no mistake. Good milk foam as in the beginning but still did not have.
After a plastic part of the milk frother had broken off, we sent the machine in for repair after a little more than 3 years. Cost: 110€Back
it was cleaned again but not repaired. On request that we would like to buy a new milk frother, we were informed that it is not available
as a spare part.
Summary: Dispose of machine and buy new one after 3.5 years.
