Problem with Eco Mode on WMF 1000 S Barista

Machine switches off in Eco mode 2.

So far I was enthusiastic about the machine, it operates in the Ecomodus 4 so only coffee and espresso cover.

Recently my daughters were to visit the one milk coffee wanted.
When machine is set to Eco mode 1, the machine heats up and switches itself off automatically after that ( click off )
Switching on is only possible after cooling down phase and immediately switching to Eco 4. As I found out after a long try out.
Does anyone know where this could go on?
