Coffee cups should be preheated so that the coffee stays hot longer and does not change the taste when it lands in the cup. If coffee cools down quickly, this also changes the taste to a certain extent. So coffee and cold don't get along so well.
The temperature stability of latte macchiato and cappuccino in particular can be prolonged by preheating the cups. Milk foam is never very warm, the espresso that flows into it already cools down, then adds a cold cup, cools the drink even more.
Gut are thick-walled cups made of earthenware for all drink variations. They store the heat best and therefore all beverages stay warm longer.
To the Perfect Extraction System:
Humidifying the coffee powder + a short waiting time before the actual brewing process. What is to be achieved? Due to the minimal amount of water and the pause, the powder can swell. During the subsequent brewing process, the aroma components dissolve better from the coffee.
