SAECO PicoBaristo SM5570/10 - Giant Sauerei

Hello together,

Since Christmas I have the above mentioned machine when I put a spoon of the coffee (powder) into the intended opening it looks like this in and around the area of the greening group:

Is this normal? I can't really imagine it! Is it to be expected that beans will be the same? I am still within the 14 days right of return and would prefer to complain if in doubt.

The machine has autodose software if you frequently change from bean to powder, or change the type of coffee frequently...it can take up to ten coats for the machine to dose correctly, except for the powder function, since most customers take the spoon too full:D,it is important that the BG is always smooth-running, otherwise the autodose cannot work, and the grind is not too coarse, otherwise it is just a Saeco !

Pico Baristo is a Philips. Saeco's different.
