, now I'd like to explain why this subject was even opened... So, the fully automatic machine was handed over to the dealer for warranty repair on 11.01.2020. After almost seven weeks, on 27.02.2020 I got the machine back - means I spent one and a half month without coffee. That doesn't matter, I can wait, because - the machine was scratched and pasted all over - I can't remove the traces yet. And worst of all - the cup and the float were missing. After consultation with the dealer, I called the service centre (Windhorn) and was forwarded
to the manufacturer (why????) and then sent back to the dealer and service department by Melitta itself. After four telephone calls and two visits to the dealer, I was left without my parts. Conclusion:
- 7 weeks without coffee-

missing partsWhy
didn't I try to repair the thing myself...
