You can remove the front at the drip tray, then make a coffee and see where the water comes from. If the drainage valve is also defective when it comes out of the small container on the left, then this is where the fault is to be found.

You can take out the brewing unit and check if all seals are still present. brewing piston the lip seal and inlet and outlet the small O-rings.

Since it is clear water and comes from the brewing unit, check the seals.
Piston seal, inlet port. Possibly also the lip seal which seals the piston at the bottom.
