Siemens EQ7 plus milk frother falls off

Hi guys, I hope you can help me.
I have a Siemens EQ7 Plus.
The thing has such a milk frother that also outputs hot water for tea etc.. This can be pulled off for cleaning.

No sooner said than done, seals dry, part put on. Hot water related for tea - falls the unit that you can pull off simply because of the pressure Raus ????
One puts the milk frother unit Dingens bumens with the tap yes only on. Flutscht then asgesagt but off . I am at a loss ????

Previously everything held. Someone has an idea?
