Hello, have a 2 year old 970 ziger. The showed error 8 and I got nowhere. My electrical shop around the corner said "new drive + control board" 330€. Then they claimed there were no spare parts.
I turned to Nivona, who sent me a package and also sent the machine back in 0,nothing. Went on goodwill. Super friendly and perfect service! The
machine is anyway top

Had before a Jura S95, but the Nivona is smooth 2 generations further.
