DeLonghi ECAM 23.420SB / Foamer does not foam

Our 23,420SB somehow doesn't make foam anymore. Steam and hot water both work. But when I try to froth milk it bubbles and the milk gets warm. But with foam there is somehow nothing more. Cappucino or hot milk setting makes no difference.

Actually it was, after only 3 months of use with mineral water, already at DeLonghi (Germany) because no more water flowed despite pumping noises (neither coffee nor the other outlet). Is ne long story, and they have refused the warranty and wanted 100 euros for the repair. Then I should bring them, after consultation with DeLonghi Spain to nem dealer here locally (actually I thought that I now get warranty). The then wanted 200 euros (which has only cost 350). Stupid was that it was on the default setting for water hardness (4). Mineral water is actually rather 1-2 and in the data read out the number of liters was still below the amount after the first time must be decalcified. LOL. Pretty much cardboard noses.

Then it stood forever and on Sunday I screwed it times on the back. Suddenly water flowed again. I descaled it once.

Coffee is working at least. What could be the problem? Maybe 1-2 times decalcify?

No one ne idea? Have decalcified another time. The milk bubbles, think the machine has not done in the short 3 months in which it worked. Hope I haven't stepped on any DeLonghi fanboys toes. . I think the machine is good, but the service is terrible. You have to calculate to repair it yourself. Same experience before with a DeLonghi air conditioner.
