Quickmill Picasso 7100 Please wait machine cold

A warm hello to the round,

I have the following question (before I give the machine for repair)

After switching on the machine the message "Please wait machine cold" appears - and the message stops. The coffee isn't particularly hot either...

Does anyone have any idea if I can change anything myself? Or what could be defective?
