Who can help me?
We ordered a new brewing unit because the old one is broken.
We could only remove the old one by writing it down. Unfortunately, the gears and the brewing unit no longer fit together.
Does anyone have any idea how to get the machine back to the factory position or how to turn the gear a little so that the gear teeth are correct again and the brewing unit can be inserted ....
