JURA F50 - gear never stops

Hello folks,

I have a Jura F50 that was working properly for years. Not sure what happened.

When I turn it on it repeats the following:

1 - Fill water system (even if already filled with water)
2 - Open Tap (System Fill)
3 - Close Tap
4 - Heating

When the heating process starts, the gear that moves the brew unit up, starts to rotate and never stops... this is damaging the brew unit gear so I removed it.

Do you have any idea of what could be causing this?
