EQ7 no longer grinds / no error message

Trying to get a cup of coffee out of it just doesn't add up. Also with Latte Macchiato the machine starts, but doesn't grind and finishes the process without doing anything else. There is no water, milk is not taken and foamed - simply nothing. The display changes relatively quickly to "Please wait" and then it's ready! Via the
service menu (i-key + start button pressed while switching on) I went to the test menu and tried to start the "Grinder 5sec -> Start" test. I heard or saw nothing there. However, there is nothing current in the error log, if I interpret the "Brewings" information in such a way that the error message
belongs to the number of brewings:SDS Error LogGrind Mot UnplugMOD:05 FUN:02 HEA:00Brewings:
4455 (under "Statistics" Brewings is currently set to 8055)

I have no
experience with
opening and changing, but I'm sure I
could do something.
Only what? I would be happy if someone
had
an
idea... The
exact designation for my machine is: TE712501EN/02
