Hello, my nephew 2 months old.
I let the brewing unit go to the basic setting, lock the locking device of the brewing unit and when I insert it, it goes up briefly and then stops on the info display, the error message
"Insert
brewing unit" appears
.
Furthermore there is a small red symbol in the corner at the top
left of the display. The brewing unit
can only be removed if I take it off the mains and the door is open when the basic setting is reached

The brewing unit was exchanged for a new one today same problem, drives up and stops, top left small red sign similar to a camera or cup.

The demo mode was activated.

Can anyone please give instructions on how to deactivate Demo Mode on this model
