I have the following problem with my Orchestro F 860: after I plug the power plug into the socket, the grinder runs without interruption. The complete cleaning of the machine has not been successful either. After loosening the screws I tried to remove the top cover, unfortunately without success. The cover is somehow fixed on the back of the device. How can I remove the blankets? Does anyone have a tip for me!

Hello,

You first have to remove the 4 oval head screws on the back (with a suitable wrench or e.g. with a pliers or in the drill chuck of a cordless screwdriver clamp), only then you can remove the upper part and the two side parts of the case !

There was a recall at Krups in this regard. I'd contact the hotline.

Unfortunately I can't find the error.

The error is on the power board. A triac and/or optocoupler is defective. As I said, there was a recall at Krups...

Hello, my electrician has already reckoned with the mistake. To determine which part on the board needs to be replaced would be a schematic of help. I've had the device since 2003/ 2004, but I'm sure the recall won't work anymore. Can I get a circuit diagram for my electrician?

The optocoupler number 3 (MOC 3062) and the triac number 1 (T435 600T) must be exchanged. Cost about 3 Euro.
