After the automat always functioned completely unpromlematically (cleaning/descaling according to announcement as well as maintenance by specialized company occurred regularly) it made today in function an unknown noise for it however no coffee. After the collecting tray was pulled out, it can no longer be closed completely - without the use of force -, the device can no longer be switched on, display and control buttons now without any function. What kind of a mistake could that be? Why doesn't the machine start anymore?

How do I do that? is there a manual somewhere? could the power supply be defective?

The machine does not have a power supply in the actual sense. The power print should be checked by someone who is familiar with electrical/electronic systems.
