I am asking for help:
My fully automatic coffee maker was launched in Nov.2006 and now has 1500 covers behind him.
Decalcification and cleaning have been done regularly.
For quite some time the following happens:
"When I use the water tank and switch on the machine you can hear the brewing group working and the LED jumps on the red LED no water.
When I take the tank out and clean the connection between tank and machine with a cloth, it works again.

Since yesterday morning this measure does not help any more.
I tried decalcification, but it fails at the test step Press steam button. She's not responding.

I tried cleaning: Device switches on automatically in the memory function and shows LED red "no water"

I have disassembled the machine, inside looks like new. No mistake apparent. Water from tank via flow valve to pump + diaphragm regulator present.
No leakage and no typical electronic odour was detected.

Is there any help from you?

Is there a water sensor that might be defective?

Please politely ask for assistance!!!

LG.

Does the swimmer swim in the tank? If the bottom is stuck, the tank is always recognized as empty.

Hello Manuel!

Many thanks for the hint, I checked it and it floats.it could be that the reed sensor is defective and if yes, how can I check in LG.Harald.
