Doesn't grind?

Hello people,

Having a problem with my machine!
When I press the program button for coffee, the grinder starts up normally, bean containers are filled, but it simply doesn't grind any beans, that is, the beans just don't fall into the grinder or aren't pulled in?!

What could be the cause?

Clogged is nothing, I had already checked.
