After disassembly, the engine shows a high level of contamination due to the abrasion of the carbon. New carbon ordered, engine cleaned, carbon installed, EQ.6 working again.
All good, all good. After exactly 4 months, the same error appears. Everything was dismantled again
and at the same place the coal was rubbed off again up to the pressure spring.
Then I measured the spring pressure and the pressure of the spring with the high abrasion was much higher, which explains the fast abrasion! I have now bought a "completely new unit" for 66 €, installed and hope that this is the end of the topic. I would be very thankful for an address HERE, where I can get a new pressure spring. would then clean the defective unit and reload it with the new spring + carbon and in case of another error, the unit only exchange! have pictures if interested! thank you in advance UveSch
