Hello everyone
,I have a Siemens EQ500.for two days now I have had such a muffled sound when the coffee runs out or when the water is rinsed through at the end.I have had the machine for a month and have descaled and cleaned it twice.the sound is like when you are descaling and the rinse tank is empty at the end.it sounds so muffled as if the pump is running without water.the muffled sound now makes it sound as if the coffee is struggling when it runs out

What could this be? Do you have any ideas?
