Hello,

have a Jura S9 and there comes at the coffee outlet when I brew coffee at the tea outlet coffee out and at the left outlet almost nothing. I have already poked with a paper clip into the two coffee outlets but has nothing brought. What's the problem? What's the problem?

the problem can be at the outlet valve or at the hwd valve i would first decalcify it thoroughly

Hello, there's probably a constipation somewhere. For an exact diagnosis, however, the machine must be opened.

Hello,

first of all thanks for the answers. I have already opened the machine but can't see anything.
Decalcifying I wanted but didn't work. According to the instructions let it cool down for 5 hours then press the decalcification button H until an acoustic signal comes (comes to me immediately when I press the signal) afterwards should come according to the instructions in the display BELL EMPTY EMPTY come to me but there is nothing at all.
Why can I not decalcify the machine I first have to wait until in the display decalcifying says?

Have now noticed that the coffee does not run out of the tea spout directly but behind the two coffee spout from above and then via the tea spout into the cup. It looked like it was coming straight out of the tea spout.

Maybe it's at the coffee spout where you can push it up and down.
How can you take it apart and clean it?

Hello, there are e.g. with BND (juraprofi.de) or komtra.de various service manuals. Or just google. If the unit cannot be decalcified, filter operation may be programmed.

Hello,

many thanks to it was filter operation programmed after the change I was able to decalcify machine.
To disassemble the coffee spout I found a great guide on the Internet see link http://www.buessert.de/Technik/Jura-IMPRES...gsanleitung.htm

After cleaning the coffee spout now the coffee runs out normally again. I also dismantled the brewing unit and cleaned it, but it didn't have any new gaskets, but it works the same way.

Hello, I'm glad all this worked out. I also meant your "googlete" manual, but I didn't want to link it (at the moment I can't).

As I said, inserting links is not possible at the moment. However, if you click on your username and have your posts displayed, the formatting will fit again.
