Hello, my jura ena 5 does not make coffee, when I ask for a cup of coffee, it grinds the coffee without any problem, then when the pump has to pump water to make the coffee, the pump starts for 2 seconds and then stops. A few seconds of silence, then throws the ground coffee almost dry and then asks me to open the tap, I open the tap, it fills me a cup of water, I close the tap and puts heating and then turns green and puts ready, if I give to make coffee, the loop starts again. Do you know what it could be?
