Machine can't move to home position

When I turn my 660 on while holding the switch in the top right, the drive unit is turning a little bit but then stops. I can see it is getting resistance from somewhere, because it's also moving around other axis that just rotating; guess that should not happen.
Anyone have an idea what to do?
