Coffee sector calcified

Hello,

i now also have the problem of "decalcifying".....Have been doing this for years, always according to deBDA; has always worked. Only now this display "Coffee sector calcified" no longer disappears. I have now run the descaling program 3 times - without success. Also the cleaning program cannot be switched on or executed... Can anyone here give me a tip?

i don't have such a machine, but in the komtra forum someone had the same attitude towards descaling. The tip was to leave the machine switched off for a longer period of time (without power) so that the components could cool down and then repeat the descaling process.
