EQ6 S600

Can someone please explain everything thats been said in this thread? I have this problem with my siemens but dont understand a single technical word in this thread.

Would be very thankful for an answer since Siemens wants me to pay 200€ for fixing it.
Exactly what do I need buy and what to change and how to do it?

If you aren't comfortable with opening the machine and soldering on the board, then I absolutely would suggest that you let the shop do it. It is not a simple task.

I just ordered a box of resistors from Amazon and will do it as soon as possible. It is an extremely annoying error.

470k type 1206, tolerance 1% but how many watts?

Thank you for the fix method! I fixed our coffee machine at the office but it is a Bosch VeroAroma 500 which has the exact same board. Here are some photos:

The resistor I used was a 180K Ohm 5% 1/4W Carbon film through hole. It was quite tricky to squeeze it in without bridging to some of the components. Excuse my bad soldering, I do not have a microscope or micro soldering skills, but I still managed regardless. Remember to add flux so it can flow and connect more efficient.

Today is the first day it's working again but will post an update if something goes wrong. Fingers crossed!
