Hello,

Unfortunately, I keep having the problem that my brewing unit cannot be unlocked at the top red lever when the message Clean brewing unit appears.

It really takes a lot of force and I'm always afraid that the lever will break.

However, the problem only occurs when the clean message appears. Otherwise, the unit can be removed without any problems.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem? I'm afraid otherwise my unit will break at some point.
