Delonghi Kaffe Lang runs only intermittently

Good morning!

We have bought a Delonghi Cappuccino smart for Christmas.
For a few days, runs the coffee - button "coffee long" with interruptions from the openings and at the end you hear how the coffee machine in the housing again Aufheizt. As if it would produce a steam. But there is no steam coming out anywhere.

Can someone help me?
