Hey to each other,
After I (-thanks to the good tips here, thanks again)- had purchased a QM MOD.05000A-OA, I first enjoyed the good espresso for almost 1 year.
But then: the disaster - for a smaller repair in the warranty period it was sent to the seller, thereby the machine was considerably damaged on the return transport. (e.g. grinder torn out, housing pressed in).
Then kam´s but even fatter:
the dealer (to whom the broken machine was brought back in the meantime) simply did not react anymore to calls, mails etc...I got no compensation, no repair - not even the broken machine back!!!!
Finally I hired a professional - result after 4 months and umpteen correspondence of the lawyer: my Quickmill is now allegedly repaired by the dealer and sent back to me.
I understandably my belief in the trustworthiness of the dealer suffered. I would therefore like to have the machine - and the repair - checked by a reputable specialist, UNINDITED! (Do I know what I am getting turned on now, maybe a tens of years old part?)
Can anyone recommend me a workshop for this?
Is there actually a Quickmill dealer in Germany (I don't find anything on the Italian hp)?
Workshop in southern Germany /Stuttgart would be good, but would also send in the machine if necessary.---I will NEVER send a
I very much hope someone here can help me!!!
Thank you very much in any case for reading and perhaps for your answers!!!
