Display refill beans, although full

my WMF 1000 pro has been a problem for some time now, which is getting on my nerves more and more. It always indicates cappu or something: Refill beans, confirm drink. Although the bean skin is full. Then I press the drink button again, then it makes short "RRRR" and then the same message comes again. Yesterday I pressed over 20x for a big cappuccino. The NERVT!! grind adjustment did not work, I have been using the same bean GG Cafe Crema for 4 years. It is usually quicker if you stir the beans with your finger or a spoon. Faster means - press only 3-4 times. But when I feel my finger in the bean bowl, I see that the wheel on the ground is already turning and moving the beans. So why do I have to press the drink button 20 times so often? The "RRRR"sound becomes quieter and quieter, then towards the end louder again. Please help me!
