Bosch VeroAroma TES6... Error message coffee beans

Hello,

maybe someone can help us. We were on holiday and the coffee machine was not in use for about 2.5 weeks. Our machine's been spinning since we got home. We switch on
, press e.g. Caffe Crema, then the beans are
ground, the container is full, the machine stops and the

bean container is filled. The second

time you press the button, the

coffee

is ground perfectly and

coffee is dispensed. That's the way it is every time, we

cleaned

and vacuumed

the bean container, but it didn't help.
With other machines e.g. Siemens I have seen that you


can reset


the
machine in the secret menu

and

that helped.
Anybody got any advice on how to use the Bosch VeroAroma TES6...
