Grinding mechanism does not work

A few days ago I wanted to make myself coffee as usual and unfortunately the Saeco showed me error no.1, I read that it has to do with the grinder, I built, cleaned, greased and unfortunately the message error no. 1 continues. How should I proceed? Have measured the voltage at the motor it is about 54V DC but the motor does not rotate. Is the engine now broken or is the fault somewhere else? Why is there always voltage on the motor?. GreetingsJan
