Hello out there! My Saeco go indicates permanent venting. The first time it was hot water first, then some air, since then nothing. I noticed that the machine is quite hot in the upper left corner. I descaled it regularly. We're a pure women's household and it's not much to get help. Thank you very much!

What did you use to decalcify?
The hot water spout is in the upper left corner. If it only brings steam, it can
get
hot there
.

Is the pump louder than usual?
