Magnificent S coffee grinder too short

Hi everyone I have a problem with my delonghi, a few days ago the grinder turned out to be blocked by some grains, I disassembled the body to clean more easily but unfortunately once I reassembled everything the duration of the grinder is too short (2-3 seconds), I tried resetting the machine but it doesn't solve, what could have happened?
