Problems with milk foam

Draws air when the milk container becomes empty

Can someone please help me?
When we draw milk froth and the container is full, everything is fine. However, as the container becomes increasingly empty, it starts to spit milk. Could this be due to the ceramic valve? Or does anyone have any other ideas?
