Hello dear forum,

Bin New here in the forum and actually have 2 problems sad.gif .

>At home I have a Delobghi Ecam 23.450 S and in the office Delonghi Esam 5600.

My first problem sad.gif

Delonghi Ecam 23.450 S :

This machine reports the error "Coffee too finely ground, please insert water outlet".

Had read a lot in the forum and also the manual, did everything as it should be but unfortunately nothing changes.

1 times the coffee comes and with the 2 times this error occurs and then I do everything as it must be and then comes again 1 coffee and with the 2. again the error and that does not stop, a vicious circle.

Sooo my second problem:

Delonghi Esam 5600:

>With this device no coffee comes at all from the nozzles. I have tried to get everything going according to the instructions but unfortunately it doesn't work.

About the problem:

Coffee is ground and the coffee doesn't come out of the nozzles but flows directly into the bowl. I also decalcified the brewing flask but nothing happens. Then I borrowed the brewing flask from my neighbor times and looked whether it is on the flask. With the brewing flask of my neighbor this error came nevertheless.

When I put descaler into the water and press several times on rinsing comes after the 5-6 times slowly some water through the nozzles and when I press then again on coffee nothing comes.

I would be grateful for any help.

At ESAM, the upper brewing flask will be calcified. If this does not work with descaling solution, you have to disassemble it and clean it by hand.
This could also be the case with ECAM. Did you always decalcify the oBK? Which descaler do you use.
Are enough beans ground?

With the Esam I also used the brewing flask from the neighbour and it still didn't work sad.gif

>Decalcified coffee machines from the trade.

Had the problem a year ago but can't remember how I managed it. Do I think I read something about air in the hose or something like that.

oh yes, hot water flows normally. if I used the water spout.

how can I disassemble the ecam's brew piston??

must I pay attention to something?

You probably switched brewing groups. The brewing piston is the part that remains in the machine.
Which decalcifier?
Google after the ECAM disassembly.

Yes you are right biggrin.gif

Then i will start with the decomposition of the ecam.

Is the manual also valid for Esam??

Use decalcifiers based on amidosulfonic acid.
There is also a disassembly guide for the ECAM.
Maybe you better start with ESAM and work up....

I opened the Esam now but somehow I can't get the top cover out. All screws are out but somehow he hacks where the coffee bean container is.

Ach yes, when I opened the machine I found 2 orange rubber ring ( diameter - 3,5 cm)

There is another screw under the knob of the grinder adjuster.
