Delonghi ecam 23.450 S EX3 Problem actuator

Have an ecam 23.450 s ex3
A real class machine with 13000 cups.
Now I had a problem switching it on. Whenever I switched on the machine, when the brewing group is going up there is a really strange noise that didn't sound good at all.
Once it was gone only then the brewing group did not go up or down anymore.
Make the machine open and found that the golden nut had broken out at the bottom of the drive where the big plastic wheel is below.
I took the trouble to change the drive and the brewing piston because I thought that the switch at the top of the brewing piston was defect and therefore the machine drove the sledge for the brewing group higher and higher. Sure I could have only changed the switch but if then also the brewing piston.

The problem is now that I have the same problem. The machine drives down and up normally when switched on and then the noise comes back again. I just shut it down.

Please could you please help me or at least give me some advice??
