Krups Siziliana spout clogged?

Hello dear ones,

We have a problem. I wanted to fill up the water in our coffee machine and then apparently didn't put the container on properly anymore. The machine therefore did not draw water properly during the rinsing process. Now the switch on button and the one for the dampers flash simultaneously. We have already tried to refill the pump by switching on the hot water function. Everything's working so far. The machine shows all lights green. If you then want to start the flushing process, however, hardly any water comes out of the normal spout. Instead, the water runs into the collecting container. Then the power button and steam nozzle flash again.
Can anyone help me?

Possible causes: Brewing group clogged, drainage valve defective, outlet valve calcified, pump weak with age. But first, I'd try decalcification. Has occasionally led to success. Best with a descaler based on amidosulfonic acid.
