Jura E-series or Krups Siziliana

Hy coffee freaks,

I have a Krups Siziliana(identical in construction to E Series Jura). Where a short circuit occurs.
Had a problem with it before. Until now, it was always because the seals were broken and there was steam or water in the machine. After the gasket replacement everything was ok again. Everything back on line. ( Extra checked) Now there is a short circuit when I put the mains plug into the socket.

The short circuit doesn't happen when I put the cartridge heater away. But where could the mistake be in the cartridge heater?

Does any of you know any advice?

Either the heating cartridge was still wet outside during the test run or the heating was pitting. But you should be able to see that inside the HP.
