Siemens EQ9 hangs in special rinse mode

Hello everyone,

My Siemens EQ9 S500 stopped delivering water.
The reason for this was a calcified heating element, when I wanted to switch the machine back on after the repair, I was supposed to carry out a "special rinse".
However, I cannot stop it at the end of the process. The button is not even displayed...

I hope you can give me a solution.
