Manufacturer: Siemens | Type/Model: EQ.6 TE607503DE Series 700 | Approx. year of manufacture: 2014
Hello, everybody,
I have problems with my Siemens EQ.6 700 and hope you can help me. The device is built in 2014 and has been causing problems for a while. The first time it occurred after a Calc n' Clean. The message "Please call the hotline" appeared. After one day of switching off everything went well again. Before christmas the same game of just decalcifying came up. After that, first restart the device, then call the hotline. After a while it worked again, but some of them didn't serve any coffee or steamed out of the slits on the right side when producing milk foam. I have already read something on the net and went to the service menu. Grinder works, heater and pump seem to work too. From what I read, it could be the ceramic valve. The error from the memory would also fit this:
Error LogCeramic Valve TimeoutOcc. 4after: 0 secs Bev.: 6784The following error is also present:NTC SurfaceOcc.: 9after 162 secs Bev.: 6784Error Memory:NTC Surface 103BU Timeout 1Ceramic Valve Timeout 43558Overtemperature 279Shutdown Temperature 49PME Error 2Insufficient pump 299Does
anyone know
what this NTC Surface is? And would the replacement of the ceramic valve be enough?
The machine now makes no more noise after being switched on. The display runs through all types of drinks as usual and then Please call the
hotline.
Thanks a lot!
