TK76K572 Brewing operation does not start/does not start!

HELP please! Thank you in advance for your answers.

Problem:
After the brewing unit has been started up, the brewing process does not start again. This causes the brewing unit to shut down again immediately. Then follows the error message: "Clean the brewing unit".

Grinder works fine, but dry coffee powder disappears in the collecting tray.
Warm tea water works
great, milk frother also works. Already done:
- Ceramic valve removed and completely cleaned (as
described here in the forum

Hoses removed from ceramic valve and

openings cleanedSDS / Service Menu:
- Up/down brewing unit works without problems

If the drive is too heavy, then the message comes: Clean brewing unit.
Remove the actuator, clean and grease
the inside.

I have a Siemens integrated coffee machine and has been used daily since we installed in in 2013 (15000+) cups. Over a period of about 4 months the "clean brewing unit" message appeared more and more frequently so much so after about 6 cups the message reappeared.
I purchased a new brewing unit (About £70) and fitted it and the machine is functioning perfectly again.
