Hello!
I need' your help!
I have here a CF 300 that doesn!
The machine is completely overhauled, super clean incl. new grinding cone.
When grinding the new cones, I noticed that it stops the preparation process at about 50ml.
Brewing chamber is normally well filled after the grinding process with coffee set to normal.
Pomace pads look OK.
Rinsing or water supply via hot water is normal. Pump does not torture itself.
You can turn the water potentiometer from left to right. No change.
There and back's times. Then she puts a little more water in the cup. But seldom!
My guess goes in the direction of the potentiometer's! Possibly worn out.
But it sits on the logic unit and I don't think I can get it one by one.
Haven't unscrewed the front panel yet either.
Unless something else might come into question. The diaphragm regulator of the pump or something else? I always thought this type of machine couldn't hide anything from me anymore wink.gif
Thank you for'n grateful tip.

Hello, there are two causes possibly possible.
I guess rather on the Poti, Conrad or Reichelt lead a large assortment at Potis.
Also contact spray can create remedy for a moment.
How does it look like with the Flowmeter is the dirty?

MfG Chris

Flowmeter one day in descaler and still blown out with compressed air!
So it should be free. But there's a contact on it. It is not impossible that so'n thing electrically seen can also sometimes give up the spirit. I've got a few left in my craft shop. If the error is still not gone, I will edit the potentiometer with contact spray.
I still have ne' logic unit from the smaller models ( CF 100 ). Maybe the potentiometer is identical in construction.
Thanks for the tip. I'll get back to you. Wish all those interested a stress-free start to the week.

So! The machine is running again!
It was the potentiometer! According to the multimeter, it delivered completely crazy values. I only just got back to handicrafts. Fortunately the potentiometer of the CF 300 does not sit on the logic unit. I got a replacement at the electronics shop. The potentiometer had 10k Ohm, and the connecting cable has to be soldered. I only had to remove the original knob, because the axle of the spare spot is longer now. It's almost impossible to get the same one. But it doesn't matter. In front there's another button on it. With the potentiometers of the smaller models it would have become somewhat more difficult. But it all worked out fine. NoMoreSenseo.
