Schaerer Coffee Joy - no milk foam

Unfortunately, the coffee machine no longer makes proper milk foam. Instead, only hot milk and air foam comes out, also splashes a little from the spout.
The milk system I have already disassembled several times and cleaned and repeatedly made milk system flushes but the problem remains.
The milk nozzle is brown and is for non-refrigerated milk, which is what I use.

Does anyone have a tip and can help?

There is at the gray rod above the small nut to turn(take away) there it has a small hole maybe that is clogged and thus no milk foam comes out
