:Over 10 years a Jura J5 had tasted to full satisfaction. Good bean found and maintained for years. Now I wanted to have something new but unfortunately there was too much repair work to be done.
We now have its about 3 weeks a Z6. It's another league already... but.... Problem
: Our beloved bean does not taste any more. Much too strong. Tried everything. Grinding degree, quantity, temperature, anything that can be changed in any way. Nothing helps.
So other beans tested. Meanwhile the 10th price determines up to €26,00/kg.
From supermarkets to private roasters. Everything tastes far too bitter.
This can't be happening. Where's the mistake?
Anybody got another hint?
