Coffee solo flashes, cannot be reset

Hello dear ones,
I despair of the machine.
Either you drink gammy coffee or you have problems ????
I was going to clean the machine so took the brew group out and rinsed it. Now I can't get it back in. The machine flashes and won't reset. The inside white switch doesn't help either unfortunately.

What do I do now? Am at my wit's end.
